Does my whole family need to download a new app? ▼
No — Jarvis works through Telegram, which is free and already on most phones. If your family doesn't have Telegram, it's a quick 2-minute download. That's the only thing anyone needs to install. No proprietary app, no dashboard to learn.
Is my family's data private and secure? ▼
Yes. Jarvis connects to your existing Google accounts — it doesn't copy your email or store your data on our servers permanently. Your documents and family information are stored in your own secure database, isolated from every other family. We use row-level security so no other family can ever see your data. We will never sell your data.
How does Jarvis make phone calls? Is it clearly an AI? ▼
Jarvis uses AI voice technology to make calls on your behalf. It always discloses that it is an AI assistant calling on behalf of the family at the start of each call — this is both an ethical practice and required in many jurisdictions. The vast majority of businesses (dental offices, restaurants, service providers) handle these calls without any issues. You always approve before any call is made.
Can my kids use Jarvis? What age is appropriate? ▼
Yes — Jarvis is designed for the whole family including older kids (10+). Kids get their own Telegram chat, can check their schedule, add to the grocery list, ask questions, and get reminders. Jarvis is appropriately conservative with younger users. Parents can set what information kids can access. We recommend parental setup for users under 13.
What's the difference between the Family and Founding Member plans? ▼
They have identical features. The Founding Member plan locks your price at $19/month forever — even as we raise prices (which we will as we add more features). It also includes priority support and early access to new capabilities. There are only a limited number of Founding Member spots available, after which only the Family plan at regular pricing will be offered.
What if I want to cancel? ▼
Cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no retention flows. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel and later want to come back, your data and settings are preserved for 90 days.
Which Google account should I connect? ▼
Connect the primary account the family uses for email and calendar — usually one parent's. You can also connect a second parent's account. Jarvis will watch both inboxes and coordinate across both calendars. Kids don't need Google accounts — they just interact through Telegram.
Does it work outside of Canada and the US? ▼
Most features work worldwide — scheduling, document memory, meal planning, research, YouTube summarisation, and everything Telegram-based. Phone call capability (via AI voice) is currently available in Canada, the US, UK, and Australia. We're expanding to more countries throughout 2026.
